This is something what you were waiting for! Bread mix! Now you can bake your favourite Keto Everyday Bread at home. I made it super easy for you – all you need to add is water! Your freshly baked bread will last for around 5 days in the fridge. You can also pre slice it and freeze for up to 2 months!

Instructions for use:
Heat the oven to 165°C. Mix a bag of mixture with 230ml of hand warm water (40°C) and knead by hand for 2 minutes into a dough (it will be easier if you wear a vinyl, food grade glove – a glove will be included). Form the dough into a cylinder shape (it will rise) and place it into a bread tin lined with baking paper and then cover with a cling film. Leave in a warm place to rise for 45 min (preferably in warm 40°C- 50°C oven). Brush the surface with water and bake in a fan oven at 165°C for 40 min.
