This is something what you were waiting for! Bread mix! Now you can bake your favourite Keto Farmhouse Bread at home. I made it super easy for you – all you need to add is water! Your freshly baked bread will last for around 5 days in the fridge. You can also pre slice it and freeze for up to 2 months!

Instructions for use:

Heat the oven to 180°C. Gradually and slowly keep pouring 350g of cold water to the bread mix while mixing vigorously with silicone spatula to form a dough. Leave the dough to rest for 2-3 minutes and then shape the loaf. Place formed loaf into a bread tin lined with parchment paper. It’s important to give it the desired shape because it won’t change much in the oven. Bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 60 min. Let it cool down before slicing.

If you want a bit more airy bread try it with yeast! Simply add 9g of instant dry yeast to the mix, then add 360g of warm water (40°C), mix well, form a loaf,  cover with a cling film and leave it in warm oven (40°C) for 45 min. Then bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 50 min.
